Re-reading

Day 3.  Day 3 of school and I am exhausted.  Day 3 hasn't even started yet and I am ready to throw in the towel.  How do we move past this?  How do we get to the point where we are "used" to this schedule?  I am not quite sure...I'll let you know when I figure it out.  However...I know the Lord is with me...every step of the way.  It is amazing to me how we look forward to the change of seasons and routines...and then when they come along, it is like a slap in the face.  I am back to one of my very first posts this morning...for my own attitude.  It is all about our choice.  How are we going to tackle the day?  In what way are we going to make the most of it?  I re-read this post today and am going to make the most of my day.  Won't you?

Have a blessed day!

Psalm 118:24

This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Here's my little secret for these kinds of things: If this is the day the Lord has made, it's His. Plain & simple. It's not your day; you're not in control of how today is going to happen. He is. So ... with that I release the ownership, the responsibility. I'm the sheep being dragged by the crook of the shepherd's staff. ;)XOXOXO
