Praying for Blake

I would like to ask you to join me in prayer this morning for the son of a friend of mine...Blake.  He is three years old and is going in to have a life changing surgery this morning.  Blake was born with Cerebral Palsy.  The family is in St. Louis for the operation and they are in need of lots of prayer support today.  Please pray for strength and mobility for Blake.  Please pray for the surgeons who will be working miracles in this little boy.  And please pray for his parents (Ben and Michelle) as they trust God with their son.  They have just recently started a caring bridge site for Blake to update family and friends of their progress in St. Louis.  If you have a minute, leave a message for Ben and Michelle letting them know that you are in prayer for Blake.  It would mean so much...

Thank you so much.

“You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you.”- Isaiah 26:3

This is today's verse from biblegateway.com...how appropriate, right?

Lord...as you go about your day working your miracles...please give Ben and Michelle the peace they need as they trust you with Blake.  And help anyone who needs that peace...to find it in you.
Amen
Have a Blessed Day!
Amy
